1. Overview
This policy governs cancellations, returns, and refunds for products purchased through shop.monoskin.in. Because our products fall within the pharmaceutical and dermo-cosmetic category, they are subject to strict hygiene, safety, and quality-control standards. To protect the safety of all customers, certain restrictions apply to returns and refunds, as detailed below.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.
2. Order Cancellation
- Before processing: You may request cancellation only while the order is still unprocessed. Write to us at admin@monoskin.in with your order number as early as possible.
- After processing: Once an order has been processed (packed, invoiced, or handed to our logistics partner), it cannot be cancelled and will be fulfilled and shipped. Any post-delivery request is then governed by the Returns section below.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or delivery restrictions). In such cases, any amount already paid will be refunded in full.
3. Returns
3.1 General Rule — No Returns on Opened Products
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of any product whose seal, packaging, or tamper-evident wrapping has been opened, broken, or tampered with. Once a product is opened or used, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.
3.2 Conditions for an Eligible Return
A return may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The product is unopened, unused, and sealed in its original condition.
- The original packaging, labels, and tamper-evident seals are fully intact.
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Valid proof of purchase (order number / invoice) is provided.
3.3 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund even if the outer seal has been opened for inspection, provided that:
- You notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and
- You provide clear photographs of the product, its batch/expiry details, and the outer packaging at the time of raising the request.
Each such claim will be verified by our quality team before approval.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances (except where damaged/defective/incorrect as per Section 3.3):
- Any product that has been opened, used, or had its seal broken.
- Products without their original packaging, labels, or tamper-evident seals.
- Products returned after the eligible return window.
- Products purchased under clearance, promotional, or "no-return" offers, where explicitly stated.
5. How to Initiate a Return
All return requests must be raised by email — we do not accept returns initiated through any other channel.
- Write to admin@monoskin.in with the subject line: "Return Request – [Your Order Number]".
- Include: order number and date of purchase; product name(s) and quantity; reason for return; supporting photographs (mandatory for damaged/defective/incorrect items).
- Our team will review and respond, typically within 2–3 business days, with approval and return instructions or the reason for rejection.
Important: Please do not ship any product back before receiving written return approval and instructions. Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
6. Refunds
6.1 Approval
A refund is issued only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team and the return is approved. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the conditions in Section 3.
6.2 Refund Timeline
Once a return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited within 7 to 14 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account thereafter depends on your bank or payment provider.
6.3 Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing. In line with our payment policy, Monoskin does not accept or refund in cash; all transactions are processed through official banking or UPI channels only.
6.4 Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except where the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped due to our error. Return shipping costs, where applicable, are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Monoskin reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. The version published on shop.monoskin.in at the time of your purchase shall apply to that order.
