Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains how orders placed on shop.monoskin.in are processed, dispatched, and delivered. As a pharmaceutical and dermo-cosmetic brand, all products are dispatched from our authorised warehouse under controlled handling conditions to preserve product integrity.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of successful payment confirmation.
  • As Monoskin does not accept cash, an order is confirmed for dispatch only once payment is received in full through our official banking or UPI channels.
  • You will receive a confirmation, and where available a tracking reference, once your order is dispatched.

3. Dispatch & Logistics

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse:

SB Warehousing & Logistics, Dewas Naka, Indore – 452010, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Shipments are handled through our courier and transport partners, including Trackon and other reputed logistics providers, selected based on the destination and nature of the consignment.

4. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro & major cities: approximately 3–6 business days from dispatch.
  • Other locations: approximately 5–10 business days from dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines are indicative estimates and not guaranteed. They may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, or operational disruptions.

5. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Any taxes or duties, where applicable, are reflected in the final order amount.

6. Delivery Address & Acceptance

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Monoskin is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • Please inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery. If a parcel appears damaged or tampered with, note it with the delivery agent and report it to us as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Non-Delivery & Failed Attempts

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, repeated unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply, and any refund (if applicable) will be processed in line with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
